Need to add your name to the waitlist?
If you don’t see the date/time that you would prefer, please click the button below to be added to the waitlist. I highly recommend also choosing an appointment from the online scheduling system. This way you will have an appointment saved. You will only be contacted from the waitlist if an appointment opens up from a cancellation.
